Your new Position

As a customs officer, you will ensure smooth operations for our customers, including AES, EZA, NCTS and import customs clearance in Switzerland.

You are ready to answer questions of our customers and can provide competent assistance with individual concerns. With the creation of specific reports, you help our customers to maintain an overview and to better understand processes. You are also the first point of contact for customs offices and our service providers.

We especially appreciate when you bring in your own ideas. They will help us to optimize customs processes even faster and to further improve our service.

Who we Are looking for

You are a clerk for forwarding and logistics services or have a similar background. In the field of customs clearance, you have already gained experience.

Because customs clearance often depends on details, you should work accurately and reliably. You approach tasks independently, but you attach great importance to team cohesion and have social and communication skills. We also appreciate your flexibility and like it when you think out-of-the-box and are open to new ways of doing things.
And one last important thing: Since the customs world never sleeps, you should be prepared to work shifts.
